I first met Neil Bear of Countywide Home inspection when the buyers of our home had contracted Neil for the inspection of the home. I was so impressed with the thorough job Neil had done; I contacted Neil to inspect our new home. Neil has done an excellent job for us.
Neils knowledge of home inspection really shows as he thoroughly inspects the home starting with the outside of the home. I was impressed with Neils inspection of the outside grading, roof and foundation of the home as well as his research of the surrounding area of the home.
Inside the home Neil inspected every aspect of the home including Foundation, Electrical setup, Water system, furnace, Water Heaters, Water drainage and attic space for proper insulation and air circulation. Neil had inspected every electrical outlets, both inside and out as well as water system including pressure and drainage systems.
Neil also offers his vast experience in advising you of the repairs whether they be expensive or minor repairs as well as thorough report of the complete home inspection including pictures of the home.
